Flexible telehealth services for families who cannot attend in-person sessions. Approved for select EIDBI service codes under MN DHS guidelines. Great for parent training, BCBA supervision, and follow-up sessions.
Under Minnesota Statutes §256B.0949, EIDBI services are available to eligible individuals through Medical Assistance and Minnesota Health Care Programs.
Oasis Behavioral Center Inc is enrolled as a Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) provider to deliver Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) services under Minnesota Statutes §256B.0949 and Minnesota Rules, part 9505.0195. We are pursuing provisional licensure as required by 2025 legislative changes through the DHS EIDBI Licensing process.
Effective January 1, 2025, all behavior analysts at Oasis hold a valid Minnesota Behavior Analyst License issued by the Minnesota Board of Psychology. Our BCBAs maintain BACB certification and comply with all state licensing requirements per the 2025 DHS EIDBI updates. License verification is available upon request through the MN Board of Psychology.
All OBC staff and contractors complete background studies through NETStudy 2.0 as required by Minnesota state and federal law. Background studies are conducted through the DHS Background Studies division prior to any direct contact with clients. We comply with all applicable background study requirements for EIDBI providers.
Oasis uses only DHS-approved EIDBI treatment modalities per Minnesota law. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as our primary modality. Effective 2025, we no longer utilize Play Project or Early Social Interaction (ESI) modalities per legislative changes. All treatment plans reflect current approved modalities only.
Oasis complies with mandatory maltreatment reporting requirements. Effective July 1, 2025, DHS Licensing is the lead investigative agency for alleged maltreatment in EIDBI programs. To report concerns: Under 18: DHS Licensing 651-431-6600. Ages 18–21: MAARC 1-844-880-1574.
We are fully HIPAA-compliant. All client health information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. We maintain a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all third-party vendors who may access PHI. Clients and guardians have the right to access their records, request amendments, and file complaints with the HHS Office for Civil Rights.
Oasis Behavioral Center Inc is enrolled with Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) as an EIDBI agency provider. Services are provided in accordance with Minnesota Statutes §256B.0949, Minnesota Rules part 9505.0195, and all applicable federal and state regulations governing Medical Assistance and EIDBI services. Provider qualifications, service authorizations, and billing practices comply with the EIDBI Benefit Policy Manual published by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS). All clinical staff meet applicable provider qualifications including education, supervised experience, and certification/licensure requirements as defined by DHS. If your child hasn't had a Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE), we connect you with DHS-recognized evaluators to establish medical necessity.
Our BCBA submits for a DHS-approved service authorization (SA). We handle all documentation and work with your managed care plan or fee-for-service MA.
Once authorized, we match your child with a qualified therapist, develop an individualized treatment plan, and begin services on your schedule.
